Mobility Print is designed to make your organization’s existing IT infrastructure more user-friendly. Simply install the app on your servers, and all your clients can start printing right away. In fact, you can configure it to work with any printer, on any device, in any location. All you need is a mobile or desktop device that has the app installed. Your users can use any of their own devices, so it works on Android tablets, as well as Android phones and Windows desktops. Once your users install the app, they’ll be guided through a few simple steps to create a new printer, choose the correct driver and then start printing. This app is only compatible with the latest ChromeBooks. You’ll also be able to configure the Cloud Print feature, so your users can print over the internet.
Once your users have logged into the app, you can view all of their printers and print queues. You’ll see the number of prints they have left, as well as how long they’ll need to finish. From there, you can configure which device should be used to print to your clients. You can also set it so that it prints over the internet or locally.
